Notes in Cloviq are not just text. You can embed images, videos, files, and content from external tools.
Images
Drag and drop any image directly into a note, or use /image to open the insert menu. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG. Click any inserted image to resize or add a caption.
File attachments
Use /file to attach any file type to a note. Attached files are stored in Cloviq and can be downloaded by anyone with access to the note.
Video embeds
Paste a YouTube or Vimeo URL on its own line and Cloviq will automatically embed the video player. The video plays directly inside the note.
External embeds
Use /embed to insert content from external tools. Supported embeds include Figma files, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Loom videos, Miro boards, and CodePen snippets.
Tips
- Storage limits apply to file attachments — check your plan storage allowance in Settings > Account.
- Canopy clients have unlimited storage for all embedded and attached files.
