Connect Cloviq to Microsoft 365 to sync Outlook calendar, attach OneDrive files, and receive Teams notifications.
Outlook Calendar sync
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Click Connect next to Microsoft Outlook
- Sign in with your Microsoft account
- Select which calendars to sync
- Click Save
OneDrive integration
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Click Connect next to OneDrive
- Authorise Cloviq to access your OneDrive
- In any task or note click Attach > OneDrive to browse and attach files
Microsoft Teams notifications
The Cloviq app for Microsoft Teams brings task notifications into your Teams channels. Search for Cloviq in the Teams app store and follow the setup wizard. Requires Grove or Canopy plan.
Tips
- If your organisation uses conditional access policies, contact your IT admin to whitelist Cloviq before connecting.
- OneDrive files are linked in Cloviq — edits in OneDrive reflect in Cloviq automatically.
