Google Workspace integration guide

Connect Cloviq to Google Workspace to sync your calendar, attach Google Drive files, and sign in with your Google account.

Google Calendar sync

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click Connect next to Google Calendar
  3. Sign in with your Google account
  4. Select which calendars to display in Cloviq
  5. Click Save

Google Drive integration

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click Connect next to Google Drive
  3. Authorise Cloviq to access your Drive
  4. In any task or note click Attach > Google Drive to browse and attach files

Google sign-in

If you want to sign in to Cloviq using your Google account, go to your Profile settings and under Connected accounts click Add Google account. Future sign-ins can use the Continue with Google button.

Tips

  • Google Drive files are linked, not copied — the latest version of the file always shows in Cloviq.
  • Disconnect Google integrations at any time from Settings > Integrations without affecting your Cloviq data.
