Some Cloviq features are only available on mobile — here is what you can do on your phone that you cannot do on desktop.
Home screen widget
Add the Cloviq widget to your home screen for instant access to today's tasks without opening the app. Available in small (today's task count) and medium (task list) sizes.
Camera capture
Tap the camera icon in a note or task to photograph something and attach it directly. Great for capturing whiteboards, receipts, business cards, or anything you want to keep with your work.
Voice notes
Hold the microphone icon to record a voice note. It is attached to any task or note and transcribed automatically. Useful when your hands are busy but your brain is full.
Location reminders
Set a reminder to trigger when you arrive at or leave a specific location. Go to task detail, add a reminder, and choose Location instead of time.
Share sheet integration
Share anything from Safari, Photos, or other apps directly to Cloviq. Tap Share > Cloviq and choose which workspace or note to send it to.
Tips
- Voice note transcription works in all 14 languages Cloviq supports.
- Location reminders require Location permissions to be set to Always Allow in your phone settings.
