The Cloviq mobile app brings your workspace to your pocket. Here is how to get set up and make the most of it from day one.
First launch
Open the app and sign in with your Cloviq email and password, or use Google or Microsoft sign-in. If you have 2FA enabled you will be prompted for your verification code. Enable biometric login when prompted — it makes future sign-ins instant.
Navigating the mobile app
The bottom navigation bar gives you access to Home, your Workspaces, Notes, and Notifications. Tap any item to open it. Swipe right from the left edge to open the sidebar. Pull down on any list to refresh.
Creating tasks and notes on mobile
Tap the + button in the bottom right corner to quickly create a new task or note. You can also use the widget on your home screen for even faster capture without opening the app.
Offline mode
The Cloviq app works fully offline. Changes you make while offline are saved locally and sync automatically as soon as you reconnect. You will see a small sync indicator when changes are uploading.
Tips
- Enable push notifications for mentions and due date reminders to stay on top of things without checking the app constantly.
- The app uses very little battery in the background — you do not need to force close it between uses.
