Inviting collaborators to your workspace

Cloviq is even better with teammates. Here is how to bring people in.

  1. Open the workspace you want to share
    You can only invite collaborators to workspaces you own or administer.
  2. Click the Members icon in the top right corner
    This opens the workspace membership panel.
  3. Click Invite people
    A modal will appear with two invite options.
  4. Choose your invite method
    Option A: Enter email addresses directly and hit Send invite. Option B: Copy the invite link and share it however you like.
  5. Set their permission level
    Choose from Viewer (read-only), Editor (can create and edit), or Admin (full control). You can change this at any time.
  6. They will receive an email invitation
    If they already have a Cloviq account they will be added immediately on clicking the link. If not, they will be prompted to create one first.

Tips

  • On the Seedling plan, workspaces are personal only. Upgrade to Bloom or above to invite collaborators.
  • Grove and Canopy admins can manage team-wide permissions from the Admin Dashboard.
