Your Cloviq profile is how your teammates recognise you. Let us get it looking like you.
- Click your avatar in the bottom left corner of the sidebar
This opens your profile menu. - Select Profile settings
This takes you to your personal settings page. - Add your full name and display name
Your display name is what teammates see in shared workspaces and comments. - Upload a profile photo
Click the avatar circle and upload a photo. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF. Maximum size: 5MB. - Set your timezone and language
Cloviq is available in 14 languages. Setting your timezone ensures due dates and reminders fire at the right time. - Save your changes
Click Save profile — your changes apply across all your workspaces instantly.
Tips
- You can update your profile at any time from Settings > Profile.
- Your email address is managed separately under Settings > Account.
