Cloviq is not loading — what to do

If Cloviq is showing a blank screen or failing to load at all, here is a step-by-step fix.

  1. Check status.cloviq.com
    If there is an active incident this is the fastest way to find out. We update our status page within minutes of any issue.
  2. Do a hard refresh
    Press Cmd+Shift+R on Mac or Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows to force reload the page bypassing cache.
  3. Try a different browser
    If Cloviq loads in another browser the issue is browser-specific. Try Chrome or Firefox.
  4. Disable browser extensions
    Open an incognito window and try loading Cloviq. If it works there, a browser extension is blocking it.
  5. Clear site data
    In Chrome: open Developer Tools with F12, right-click the refresh button, and select Empty cache and hard reload.
  6. Contact support
    If none of the above work, contact us at support@cloviq.com or via the community forum. Include your browser, operating system, and what you see on screen.

Tips

  • The Cloviq desktop app is a good fallback if the browser is having issues.
  • Mobile app users: if the app is not loading try closing it fully and reopening.
