Managing your payment method

Keeping your payment method up to date ensures your Cloviq subscription never unexpectedly interrupts.

Updating your card

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Update payment method
  3. Enter your new card details
  4. Click Save — the new card will be used for all future charges

Accepted payment methods

Cloviq accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. We do not currently accept bank transfers for monthly or annual plans. Canopy clients can arrange invoice-based billing — contact your Canopy Architect.

If your payment fails

We will email you immediately if a charge fails. Update your payment method within 7 days to avoid any service interruption. Your data is always safe regardless of payment status.

Tips

  • Set up a virtual card for Cloviq subscriptions to avoid disruption when physical cards expire.
  • Grove and Canopy admins can manage payment on behalf of the whole organisation.
