Managing push notification settings

Cloviq notifications keep you on top of what matters — here is how to tune them so you only hear about what is important to you.

Notification settings in Cloviq

Go to Settings > Notifications in the mobile app to control what triggers a notification. Options include: Task assigned to you, Task due soon, Task overdue, @mention in a comment, Comment on your task, and Workspace activity digest.

System notification settings

For notifications to work, Cloviq needs permission from your device. On iOS go to Settings > Cloviq > Notifications and enable Allow Notifications. On Android go to Settings > Apps > Cloviq > Notifications and turn on.

Do Not Disturb

Set quiet hours in Cloviq from Settings > Notifications > Quiet hours. Choose a start and end time when no notifications will be sent. Useful for evenings and weekends.

Tips

  • Start with Mentions only if you find notifications overwhelming — you will still be alerted when someone needs your attention.
  • Notification badges on the app icon show your unread count even when quiet hours are active.
