Visit status.cloviq.com at any time to see the current status of all Cloviq services. No login required. Bookmark it for quick access when things seem off.
What the status levels mean
Operational means everything is working normally. Degraded performance means the service is working but slower than usual. Partial outage means some users are affected. Major outage means the service is significantly impacted for most users. Under maintenance means planned work is in progress.
Subscribing to status updates
Click Subscribe to updates on the status page to receive email or SMS notifications when an incident is opened, updated, or resolved. You can also follow our status on Twitter at cloviq_status for real-time updates.
Incident history
The status page shows the last 90 days of incident history including how long each incident lasted and what was affected. Useful for checking SLA compliance on paid plans.
Tips
- If the status page shows everything as operational but you still have a problem, the issue is likely specific to your account — contact support directly.
- Planned maintenance is always announced at least 48 hours in advance on the status page and by email to affected accounts.
